Refund and Cancellation Policy

At GlobeSkyTrekker, we strive to provide the best possible outdoor experience for our guests. We understand that plans can change, and we have developed a flexible Refund and Cancellation Policy to accommodate your needs. Please read the following policy carefully.

Reservation Cancellations

• Cancellations Made 14 Days or More Before Arrival Date:
  • Full refund of the reservation fee.
  • No cancellation fee applied.
• Cancellations Made 7-13 Days Before Arrival Date:
  • 50% refund of the reservation fee.
  • No cancellation fee applied.
• Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Before Arrival Date:
  • No refund of the reservation fee.
  • No cancellation fee applied.

Modifications to Reservations

• Modifications Made 14 Days or More Before Arrival Date:
  • No modification fee.
  • Subject to availability of services and accommodations.
• Modifications Made 7-13 Days Before Arrival Date:
  • $25 modification fee.
  • Subject to availability of services and accommodations.
• Modifications Made Less Than 7 Days Before Arrival Date:
  • $50 modification fee.
  • Subject to availability of services and accommodations.

Refunds for Specific Services

• Tent Rentals, RV Parking, Cabin Rentals:
  • Full refund if cancelled 14 days or more before the arrival date.
  • 50% refund if cancelled 7-13 days before the arrival date.
  • No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before the arrival date.
• Guided Nature Walks, Fishing, Kayaking/Canoeing, Wildlife Watching, Campfire Facilities, Picnic Areas, Stargazing, Swimming, Hiking Trails, Biking, Children's Activities, Pet-Friendly Areas, Yoga and Wellness Programs, Photography Tours, Workshops and Classes:
  • Full refund if cancelled 7 days or more before the scheduled activity date.
  • 50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before the scheduled activity date.
  • No refund if cancelled less than 3 days before the scheduled activity date.

No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive on your scheduled arrival date and do not notify us in advance, no refund will be provided.

Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of natural disasters, severe weather, or other unforeseen events that lead to the cancellation of services by GlobeSkyTrekker, a full refund will be provided regardless of the time of cancellation.
